Yes Stoddart Construction are Licenced to undertake restricted residential work as a Licenced Building Practitioner. We recommend always checking whether your project requires consent - we’re happy to help you out with this.

What is the process of working with Stoddart Construction?

Usually we’ll then work on a quote or seek more information such as working with a draftsperson or architect to get the info we need to be able to quote.

We then work with you on a timeline and ensure that we’re all on the same page.
